How an engagement runs
Work moves through five stages: discovery, architecture, build, launch, and operate. The process page describes what happens in each one and what you receive at the end of it.
How we report on our own work
We cite the research behind our advice. The articles on our blog link to the papers they rest on, so you can check them.
We publish a client result only after the client has approved it, and only where we hold the measured figures. Where we do not, a case study says what we built and says plainly that it reports no results.
Work we have published
Our first case study describes a WhatsApp assistant that qualifies leads in Spanish for a condo developer in Tijuana, Mexico. The case studies page lists new ones as clients approve them.
