What we collect

What you send us

The project form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, project type, timeline, budget range, a description of what you are building and where you are stuck, and how you found us. The newsletter form asks for your email address only. The booking page collects the details that its scheduling widget asks for, such as your name, email address and the time you choose.

What your browser sends automatically

When you submit a form, we also record the page you were on, your browser and device type, and a random session identifier that links your visit to your submission. Our tracking and analytics tools may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits to the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, schedule a call, and scope a project.
• To send the newsletter, if you signed up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which pages and sources lead to enquiries, and to keep the site working.
• To keep records of our conversations and to protect the site from abuse.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers, who handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) stores form submissions and newsletter sign-ups in our CRM, runs the tracking script on this site, and provides the booking calendar.
• Google Tag Manager loads measurement tags on the site.
• Vercel hosts the site and processes standard request data, such as your IP address, to deliver pages.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose it if the law requires it, or to a successor if the business is sold.

Cookies and tracking

The tracking script and Tag Manager may use cookies or local storage to recognise a returning browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them. Some browsers also send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal; we cannot promise that every third-party tool honours it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the conversation that follows for as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and keep normal business records. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to or opt out of marketing email. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK or California), the law may give you specific rights over your data. Email us and we will respond. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Where your data goes

We are based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. By sending us your details you accept that transfer.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
