Client data and privileged material raise questions about where it is processed, who can access it, and what the vendor’s terms allow.
Matter separation
Retrieval must respect access controls and ethical walls between matters.
Professional responsibility
The lawyer remains responsible for the work product. The system should make review faster, not skip it.
